MaxboltTM Load Indicating Fastener

MaxboltTM load indicating fasteners continuously displays the amount of tension in a bolt or stud. They offer a simple method for accurate joint assembly, and it is the only product available (for most applications) that will continuously monitor clamping force while the fastener is in service.

MaxboltTM load indicating fasteners are manufactured by inserting extremely accurate and durable load monitoring devices into high quality bolts and studs. Now, even inexperienced workers can complete complex assemblies with full assurance that fasteners are at the proper tension. The MaxboltTM also provide in-service monitoring which will warn users of any loosening in order to avoid premature wear, unnecessary downtime, or catastrophic failure.

Load Indicating Bolts

Our MaxboltTM Load Indicating Fasteners comes in various shapes and sizes.  It can be manufactured from standard ANSI materials to exotic materials.

Maxbolt load indicating bolts verifies the actual clampload.  Torque Wrenches are no longer needed.  Superbolt and rotabolt are good products.  However, superbolt and rotabolt can only verify one set value.  DTI washers only verify one set load.  Maxbolt load indicating fasteners continuously verify the actual tension load or clampload.  These are the new generation of load indicating bolts.  More robust than your load cells.  Can stand up to the elements more than load cells.  Load cells are for laboratories, Maxbolts are for industry use.  Why Maxbolts are better?
